NEWS....If the above information looks different, it is, we have added the Project "55" Web Site listing.

It was just a little over a year ago that we started gathering information and locating members of the class of 1955.  One of the goals was to reacquaint ourselves with old friends and to begin to think about a 50th Class Reunion.

We have gathered mailing addresses, telephone numbers, built an e-mail list, gathered personal histories, and placed old and new photos at www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4290406715   One question has haunted us, “What do we do with all the information to make it available to the class?”

Dick Mondloch suggested we put the information on our own web site and volunteered to do the technical work.  During the past couple of months, Dick has formatted and placed much of the class information on the web at: http://members.nvc.net/kdborn/index.html

The site is a work in progress. We can still do more; however, much depends on you for supplying additional material.  We are now looking for more photos, stories, memories, favorite teacher stories and your memories of living and growing up in the 1950’s.  Great Moments such as…….remember when, first date, prom stories, great trips, and funny stories about your friends. If you are moved to do so, write an editorial or essay.

We will continue to post photos to the Project “55” Photo Album.  We will notify you when new material is added.  After you have had a chance to “surf” the Project “55” web site, give us your feedback and ideas.  Return to the site from time to time to see what has been added.

I’d like to close with a huge thank you to Dick Mondloch for developing the site ( I know he invested many hours on the project) and a special thank you to Mary Marquardt and Ruth Nelson Olson for editing the site material.

Bookmark the Project “55” web site: http://members.nvc.net/kdborn/index.html   We’ll  keep you updated when new material has been added.
